  • KCREA (Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Alliance):  This website provides mostly local exposure to other commercial real estate agents. Created by the Board of Realtors, this site allows agents to promote their listings and search for properties.
  • Loopnet:  Loopnet is the largest commercial real estate listing service in the country. This website provides listing exposure for properties on a national level.
  • CoStar Group:  CoStar is LoopNet’s primary competitor offering a similar service and additional exposure on the national level.
  • CCIMNet:  This website is used primarily by CCIM’s(Certified Commercial Investment Members) and provides exposure to members within the CCIM organization.  Please click on the attached link to learn more about what it means to earn the CCIM Designation:  CCIM Designation
  • Retail Sites Plus Website:  Prospective buyers/tenants and agents will be able to easily gather information from our website about your property. They will be able to download flyers, demographics, traffic counts, and any other pertinent information about your property.

B.  Marketing Flyers:   We will create customized marketing flyers to be sent out to prospective buyers and tenants. These flyers typically contain property attributes, aerials with surrounding retail, maps, zoning, demographic highlights, and traffic counts.

C.  Retail Lease Trac:   This resource provides us with a database of retailers that includes the contact information of the individual who is responsible for real estate in our part of the country. It also provides the amount of land or square footage that each retailer requires. This allows us to specifically target retailers which fit the requirements that are unique to your individual property.

D.  CCIM Site To Do Business:   Membership in the CCIM allows access to this powerful resource. With sophisticated mapping, detailed demographics, traffic counts, and aerials, this site allows us to provide retailers with any information that they could possibly need regarding the location of a site.

E.  Email Blasts:   With the use of the above resources, we feel we can specifically target retailers on a national level by emailing customized flyers to qualified prospects. We will also email the individual flyers to all local commercial agents to make sure they are aware of your property.

F.  Cold-Calling:   Once we have narrowed down the most likely prospective buyers and tenants for a property, we will pick up the phone and call this target audience.

G.  Signage:   At no cost to the owner, we will provide appropriate signage for your site.
